Who am I
My purpose is to empower people and teams to reach their full potential in continuously changing, globalised world.
My professional background is in Management, Recruitment, Training and Coaching and I combine these disciplines with my own personal experiences. Having lived and worked abroad for 15 years, in 5 very different countries, I gained considerable experience with cultural diversity, managing change, the challenges of working international and how to shape my own career.
Why me
Everyone is different in they way they are and how they learn, so I like to work with tailor-made, blended programs which respond to different people and learning styles. I use games and exercises to allow learning through experience, preferably also adding a touch of humour!
I am Sacha Tanis-Hopmans, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) member of ICF, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Registered Career Coach (RL) member of Noloc, as certified team coach member of Stir and a very experienced Intercultural communication trainer member of Sietar.
As an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) practitioner I am able to utilize these instruments in my programs.
Over the years, I have already worked with many employees and teams from (inter)national companies via STH coaching & training, Relevance, Archipel ( former Schouten en Nelissen) Global Connections and the Royal Institute of the Tropics (KIT).
